Job description
Harbor Healthcare System in the Canton area is seeking a full-time Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing and clinical teams. You will supervise staff, coordinate care, facilitate IDT meetings, and ensure all policies are communicated and implemented effectively.
The DON will oversee recruitment, retention, and training of nurses and other clinical staff, guiding overall patient care direction and services with an emphasis on quality and compliance.
