Job description
Brookfield Rehab and Home seeks a Director of Nursing (DON) to plan, organize, and direct the Nursing department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards to ensure the highest quality of care.
The DON will lead executive, administrative, and managerial functions, supervise nursing staff, ensure policy compliance, participate in surveys, and collaborate with the medical director and interdisciplinary team to maintain care plans and quality assurance.
