Job description
Fiberhire is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) in Cherry Hill, NJ to lead the nursing department, ensure safe, high-quality care, and drive regulatory compliance.
The DON will oversee staffing, QAPI, infection control, care planning, and survey readiness, balancing administrative duties with daily clinical oversight for a long-term care facility.
Candidates must hold NJ RN license, a BSN, and 3+ years in leadership; EMR experience with PointClickCare preferred.
