Job description
Meadow Brook Rehab and Nursing in Salt Lake City is seeking a full-time Director of Nursing to lead and oversee nursing programs, policies, and resident care.
You will guide clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality initiatives while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Utah RN licensed required; 1 year of geriatric nursing leadership preferred; Associate degree required, Bachelor’s preferred.
