Job description
Goldwater Care Clinton is seeking a Director of Nursing to plan, organize, develop and direct the Nursing Department in accordance with applicable standards and regulations to ensure the highest quality care.
This full-time role requires RN licensure and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a hospital or long-term care setting, with responsibility for staffing, policy implementation and quality assurance.
