Job description
The RN Director of Nursing at Life Care Centers of America plans, organizes, develops, and directs the overall operation of the Nursing department to ensure the highest quality patient care in accordance with laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
The role requires an ASN, an active RN license, at least two years of supervisory experience in post-acute care, CPR certification, and the ability to lead in a collaborative, compliant environment while maintaining patient safety and satisfaction.
