New Perspective Senior Living in Erie, PA is seeking a Director of Nursing (Health & Wellness Director) to lead our nursing team across Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.
As the Director of Nursing, you will oversee nursing operations, train staff, coordinate resident care, and partner with families, physicians, and external providers to ensure the highest quality of care for residents. RN license required; leadership experience preferred.
