Job description
Upper Bay Surgery Center is seeking a full-time Director of Nursing to oversee day-to-day OR operations and drive process improvements for patient care and experience. The role reports to the Administrator and collaborates on budgeting, policy development, and staff performance evaluation.
The incumbent will lead credentialing, safety, risk management, and staff development while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards are met.
