Job description
NewYork-Presbyterian is seeking a Patient Care Director - RN for 6 North Med/Surg in Bronxville, NY. You will lead a team of nurses, drive patient experience, and work to improve HCAHPS scores while prioritizing patient-centered care.
The role requires a BSN, a Master's degree within 1 year if pursuing, and a NYS RN license with at least 3 years of clinical experience. This is a full-time day-shift leadership position at NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester Hospital.
