Job description
Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes in New Jersey seeks a Director to lead SPA, PACU, PAT, Endoscopy, and Interventional Radiology. The role demands progressive perioperative leadership, a track record of improving flow, and strong physician relationships. BSN is required; MSN preferred; NJ RN license and BLS certification are essential.
Salary ranges shown reflect senior leadership level with incentive opportunities. Expect 40 hours weekly, full-time on-site in a hospital setting.
