Job description
Rosemont Care & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the nursing team and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring delivery of high-quality patient care and services. You will manage staff, collaborate across departments, and drive improvements in outcomes and safety.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Nursing (Master's preferred), at least 5 years in nursing leadership, and strong communication and budgeting skills in a fast-paced rehab setting.
