Job description
Hudson Regional Health seeks a Director of Nursing (DON) for the Rehabilitation Center. You will lead the nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee policy development to deliver high-quality resident care. The DON reports to the Nursing Home Administrator and Medical Director.
Responsibilities include clinical leadership, QA/QI initiatives, risk management, and strong collaboration with physicians, therapists, and family members to protect resident well-being.
