Job description
Hireology is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) in Texas to lead nursing services and ensure high-quality resident care. You will oversee staff, compliance, and care plans in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate holds an active Texas RN license, has proven leadership in long-term care, and demonstrates strong regulatory knowledge paired with excellent organizational and communication skills.
