Job description
Citadel Healthcare is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the nursing and therapy teams at The Citadel at Saint Anne Place in Rockford, IL. The DON will plan, organize, direct, supervise, and evaluate services, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage budgets.
Key duties include staffing, recruitment, performance reviews, and collaboration with medical staff and administrators to achieve high-quality resident care. A current RN license and CPR certification are required, with BSN preferred.
