Job description
Altercare is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) - RN to lead our nursing team in Akron, OH. This role requires planning, organizing, and delivering nursing care in compliance with state and federal regulations, while promoting compassionate, high-quality resident care.
The DON will oversee standards of care 24/7, collaborate with physicians and families, and participate in budgeting and policy development to ensure excellent outcomes for residents.
