Job description
Fresh River Healthcare in Windsor, CT is seeking a Director of Nursing with SNF experience to join a facility with a home-like atmosphere. You will lead all nursing staff, schedule rounds, and oversee staff training to maintain high clinical standards.
In collaboration with the Administrator, you will manage staffing according to census and acuity to meet patient care objectives and ensure compliance with state and federal surveys.
