Job description
Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead clinical and medication programs at a senior community. You will collaborate with the Executive Director on clinical concerns and serve as a clinical resource for staff, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality resident care.
The role requires an RN license (LPN/LVN acceptable where allowed), a nursing degree, and 1–2 years of management experience in geriatric or long-term care settings.
