Job description
Jaybird Senior Living is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator (RN or LPN) to collaborate with the Community Director and lead the resident care team in a senior living environment. The role manages care programs, documentation (EHR/eMAR), regulatory compliance, budgets, and on-call support, with a focus on dementia care and resident well-being.
Strong leadership and clinical skills are required, with the ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
