Job description
Fort Defiance Indian Health Board is seeking an experienced registered nurse to lead an outpatient nursing unit, ensuring safe, quality, evidence-based care across the continuum from admission to discharge. The role requires five years of clinical experience, including obstetric exposure and two years of nursing leadership, a BSN, and active RN licensure.
BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications are mandatory, with Navajo Nation preference applied.
