Job description
Wheeler Staffing Partners seeks a Nursing Director for Women’s Services in Fort Mill, SC. This full-time leadership role oversees Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, and NICU units, partnering with the CNO to ensure high-quality patient care, staff competency, and efficient resource management.
The role requires an RN license, ASN plus BSN (or BSN), and 2+ years in nursing management within a hospital, with expertise in L&D and NICU preferred. AHA BLS certification is required.
