Job description
Chamberlain University seeks a Nursing Education and Simulation Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate immersive learning experiences that prepare practice-ready nurses. In this student-centered, mission-driven role, you will develop and facilitate simulation scenarios, skills labs, and evidence-based learning activities aligned with nursing curricula and accreditation standards. You will mentor students, collaborate with faculty on continuous improvement, integrate simulation technology, and use outcomes data to enhance teaching effectiveness in a diverse, inclusive environment.
