Job description
Chamberlain University seeks a Nursing Education and Simulation Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate high-impact simulation and skills-based learning for nursing students. In this role, you will develop evidence-based scenarios, operate and maintain simulation lab technology, and facilitate debriefings that strengthen clinical judgment, patient safety, and teamwork. You’ll collaborate closely with faculty to align simulations with curriculum and accreditation standards, support assessment and remediation, and champion best practices in nursing education within a diverse, student-centered environment.
