Job description
Chamberlain University seeks a Nursing Education and Simulation Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate innovative simulation and skills-based learning for nursing students. In this role, you will develop realistic clinical scenarios, operate high-fidelity simulation technology, facilitate pre-briefing and debriefing, and assess student performance to ensure clinical readiness. You’ll collaborate with faculty on curriculum integration, maintain lab standards and safety, and support continuous improvement aligned with our student-centered, mission-driven culture.
