Job description
Chamberlain University seeks a Nursing Education and Simulation Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate high-quality learning and simulation experiences for nursing students. In this student-centered, mission-driven role, you will develop simulation scenarios, align curriculum with clinical competencies, and facilitate debriefings that build critical thinking and clinical judgment. You’ll collaborate with faculty to integrate best practices, ensure lab safety and compliance, support diverse learners, and contribute to continuous improvement in preparing compassionate, practice-ready nurses.
