Job description
Chamberlain University seeks a Nursing Education and Simulation Specialist to design, deliver, and assess high-impact learning experiences for nursing students. In this student-centered, mission-driven role, you will develop simulation and skills lab scenarios, facilitate realistic clinical exercises, and lead debriefings that build critical thinking, clinical judgment, and compassionate care. Collaborating with faculty and staff, you will integrate evidence-based teaching, support diverse learners, maintain simulation technology, and contribute to continuous improvement of our rigorous nursing curriculum.
