Job description
Stepful is recruiting an experienced nursing education leader to shape and oversee its PN and RN programs with live virtual instruction and in-person labs and clinical rotations.
You will collaborate across teams to refine curriculum, manage enrollment, and support student success while building a strong adjunct faculty network and maintaining compliance with Ohio Board of Nursing requirements. This role requires leadership, regulatory savvy, and a passion for accessible nursing education.
