Job description
Park Ave Healthcare in Arlington, MA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN or LPN to hire for the role of Evening 3P-11P Nursing Supervisor.
Duties
Oversee and coordinate nursing staff and patient care in a healthcare setting
Develop and implement nursing care plans and ensure adherence to quality standards
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
Assist with admission and discharge planning and ensure smooth transitions for patients
This position may require the employee to perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Valid nursing license in the state of Massachusetts
Proven experience as a nursing supervisor or similar roleIn-depth knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment
