Job description
Highmark Health seeks a Nursing Leader to oversee Women & Infants and Pediatric Units at AHN Wexford. You will provide strategic direction for nursing programs across quality, safety, growth, access, and finances, reporting to the CNO and collaborating with physicians and offices across the continuum.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Nursing, PA RN licensure or eNLC, and BSN. Strong leadership, research, and evidence-based practice are essential for this role.
