Job description
Creekside is seeking a licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee day-to-day operations of the Gahanna facility. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while optimizing resident care, safety, and financial performance.
Applicants must hold a valid OH LNHA license, have strong leadership and communication skills, and be ready to drive policy development, staff development, and quality improvement initiatives in a collaborative environment.
