Job description
We are looking for experienced nursing professionals to join a dynamic BSN program as full-time faculty, offering potential leadership growth opportunities . This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about education and shaping the next generation of nurses.
Compensation:
* $110,000 - $115,000 annually
What You'll Do:
* Teach lecture, lab, and clinical courses (up to 12 credits/semester)
* Support curriculum development and student outcomes
* Provide academic advising and student support
* Participate in faculty committees and program initiatives
Schedule & Location:
* Full-time, in-person (campus + clinical sites)
* 4 days per week on-site
* Day, evening, or weekend schedule options
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Nursing (required)
* 7+ years clinical experience
* 3+ years teaching experience (lecture preferred)
