Aperion Care is seeking an experienced Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our nursing facility in West Chicago, Illinois. This role requires strong leadership to implement and evaluate quality care programs, comply with healthcare regulations, and manage staff efficiency.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in health administration, has supervisory experience, and possesses the necessary nursing home administrator license. A sign-on bonus of $10,000 is available, subject to terms and conditions.
