Minimum of 1-5 years of proven experience as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator or Assistant Administrator in a skilled nursing facility (SNF).
In-depth knowledge of CMS regulations, Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement, and the post-acute care landscape.
Demonstrated success in financial management, census development, and leading a facility through successful health surveys.
Experience in rehabilitation services (IRF or SNF rehab) is highly desirable.
