Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated, and dedicated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to provide leadership, direction, and quality patient care in accordance with all laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
Provide strong leadership to maintain and enhance the highest quality of care to residents.
Ensure full compliance with all state regulations, Medicare/Medicaid requirements, and facility policies.
Oversee and guide a team of dedicated professionals, including nurses, therapists, and support staff.
Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents and their families
Monitor and manage the facility's budget effectively, ensuring the best use of available resources.
Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact with residents, families, and staff.
Qualifications:
Current Massachusetts Nursing Home Administrator License
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
Must maintain an active LNHA license in good standing throughout employment
Two (2) or more years' of successful post-acute care experience preferred
Proven leadership skills with ability to coach and retain staff
