A small skilled nursing facility in beautiful Door County, WI is searching for a full time and permanent Administrator to lead their team. This facility offers excellent support from the regional team with a great leadership team in place.
Responsibilities of the Nursing Home Administrator:
Monitoring staff including hiring, training and disciplinary action while maintaining patient care
Ensuring activities are in compliance with federal, state, and local standards
