We are conducting a confidential search for aLicensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a small nursing home near Bloomingdale, IL.

Requirements
Prior experience as a nursing home Administrator
Current NHA licensure or eligibility to obtain reciprocity
Expert understanding of Medicaid and Medicare regulations, and the applicable state and federal regulations that govern the operation of skilled nursing homes
Ability to work successfully with diverse staff and resident population
Proven leadership and communication skills
