AMA-LTC's Nortonville Health Care Center in Nortonville, Kansas, seeks an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead a 208-bed skilled nursing facility and drive clinical excellence.
You will build and mentor a high-performing leadership team, partner with nursing and interdisciplinary leaders, ensure regulatory compliance, improve CMS Quality Measures, and strengthen resident care and family relations.
