Complete Care Management is seeking a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee the daily operations of a skilled nursing facility in New Jersey.
You will lead department heads, ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal requirements, monitor quality, staffing, census, and financial performance, and collaborate with clinical leadership to maintain high standards of care.
