Job description
Advanced Hiring System in Batavia, NY is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a 62-bed skilled nursing facility. You will drive daily operations, ensure high-quality resident care, and foster staff development.
The role requires NYS LNHA licensure, at least 2 years of facility leadership, and strong knowledge of NYS DOH regulations. You will partner with clinical, financial, and regional teams to improve surveys and performance.
