Pay: $160,000 – $190,000 per year

What You’ll Do
Lead all facility operations, including clinical, financial, admissions, and facility management
Drive census growth and strengthen referral relationships with hospitals and community partners
Keep the building survey-ready and compliant with federal and Florida regulations
Manage budgets, labor costs, and overall financial performance
Build and lead an engaged department head team
Champion resident care quality, family satisfaction, and a culture people want to stay in
What You Need
Active Florida Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license
Minimum 2 years of experience as a SNF Administrator in Florida
Working knowledge of CMS regulations, state survey process, and Florida AHCA requirements
Track record of managing census, staffing, and budgets
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
What You’ll Get
