Nursing Home Administrator (NHA)
JOB SUMMARY:
Evergreen Healthcare Group is currently seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator that possesses an intuitive, flexible and entrepreneurial spirit to oversee the operations of one of our skilled nursing centers in the Olympia area. As a Nursing Home Administrator, you are responsible for the overall management of a facility.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Financial Management
Quality Management
Human Resource Management
Physical Plant Management
Marketing & Community Relations
Familiarity with State Nursing Center rules and regulations, and applicable Federal and State laws.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for communicating with Center staff and customers.
EDUCATION, LICENSURE, AND EXPERIENCE:
Required: Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in Washington
Preferred: Two years’ experience as an NHA
