Job description
SNF Health Group is seeking a skilled Nursing Home Director of Admissions to lead the admissions process for our facility. You will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless transition for new residents and deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities include coordinating intake evaluations, screenings, building relationships with referral sources, conducting tours, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and Medicaid guidelines. Experience in admissions preferred.
