Job description
Recruit Secure in Oceanside, NY is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead and supervise the nursing staff at a large Skilled Nursing Facility. The DON will maintain high-quality patient care, oversee policy development, and ensure regulatory compliance in collaboration with administration.
The ideal candidate has prior Nursing Home leadership experience, strong team-building skills, and a deep understanding of state and federal regulations and DOH survey processes.
