The Hire Mark is recruiting an experienced Maintenance Director for a 125-bed nursing home in Koreatown, Los Angeles. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role offering benefits. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of nursing home maintenance experience, with HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry skills. HVAC license is preferred.
