Job description
Fairfield Care Community SNF in Fairfield, OH is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to partner with the DON in leading the nursing department. The role focuses on quality patient care, regulatory compliance, staff mentorship, and daily operations support.
The ADON will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; participate in hiring and training; ensure medication administration aligns with best practices; and help implement performance improvements across the facility.
