Job description
Montowese Center for Health & Rehabilitation in North Haven, CT is seeking a RN Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to partner with the Director of Nursing. This full-time leadership role focuses on clinical program objectives, care quality, and resident well-being.
The ADON will oversee nursing operations, mentor staff, implement care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement in our long-term care setting. A valid RN license is required.
