Job description
Alliance Health at Baldwinville is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality clinical care at our 94-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Massachusetts.
The ADON will lead nursing staff, ensure compliance with CMS/state regulations, and participate in quality improvement, surveys, and staffing coordination. The role involves occasional after-hours coverage and acting as DON in the director's absence.
