Job description
Regency Integrated Health Services is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at Magnolia Crossing Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Houston, TX. The ADON will support the DON in managing daily nursing operations to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.
Qualified candidates hold a Texas RN license, have 3+ years in a skilled nursing facility, and are prepared to lead staffing, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance efforts. RN program completion is required.
