Job description
Paycom - ATS is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to help ensure high-quality resident care in a skilled nursing setting in Texas. The ADON will assist the Director of Nurses in planning, coordinating, and supervising day-to-day nursing operations.
Ideal candidate has an LVN license in Texas, 3+ years SNF experience, and ability to collaborate with physicians, families, and QA committees to uphold compliance and care plans.
