Job description
Creekwood Nursing & Rehabilitation in Russellville, KY is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead nursing services and ensure high-quality resident care. The RN-licensed ADON will coordinate infection control, educate staff, and maintain accurate medical records while supporting compliance and communication across all levels of nursing staff.
