Job description
PruittHealth Corporation in Albany, GA is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to provide leadership, oversee resident care, and uphold high standards of patient safety and staff development.
You will mentor nurses, coordinate with the care team, and drive quality initiatives to improve outcomes while fostering a collaborative, compassionate work environment for residents and colleagues.
Experience in long-term/post-acute care is preferred, with RN licensure in the state of practice.
